As a BIM/VDC Operations Manager, you will oversee various projects while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and driving innovation. Your experience in BIM/VDC workflows, particularly model coordination and clash detection, coupled with strong management capabilities, will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct regional BIM/VDC standards and procedures
• Ensure proper resource allocation for projects
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and resolve project clashes
• Mentor VDC leads and promote skill development
• Support project performance tracking and reporting
Requirements:
• 5+ years in BIM/VDC with leadership roles
• Advanced skills in BIM software, especially Revit
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant technical diploma or degree
• Experience with prefabrication workflows is a plus
