Position: Project Expeditor Role with Roska DBO Inc.
Exciting opportunity at Roska DBO Inc. for a Project Expeditor based in Calgary, managing supply chains for industrial projects in Western Canada. Your focus will be on timely delivery and risk management.

We are looking for a highly organized professional with a minimum of 15 years in expediting or related fields. Experience in EPC or mining sectors is advantageous. You will track progress and address potential delays while coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure project alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor execution of purchase orders from suppliers

• Coordinate procurement and logistics operations

• Maintain updates in Maximo for project visibility

• Work with quality control teams for inspections

• Resolve issues and support procurement closure activities

Requirements:

• At least 15 years in supply chain or project coordination

• Industry experience in oil & gas or similar fields

• Strong familiarity with manufacturing and procurement

• Knowledge of Maximo or equivalent ERP software

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
