The Senior Design Engineer will leverage a Mechanical Engineering degree along with over 5 years of design experience. You will be responsible for developing compliant engineering drawings and prototypes while collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to ensure safety and enhance Badger's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a year-long comprehensive business plan

• Design user and environmentally conscious products

• Investigate and prototype new systems and technologies

• Align engineering targets with manufacturing objectives

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and calculations

Requirements:

• Accredited Mechanical Engineering degree required

• Registration as a Qualified Engineer or EIT with APEGA

• Minimum of 5 years in design engineering

• Proficiency in Solid Works and CAD

• Knowledge of MS Office and Acrobat software
