Join AECOM as a Civil/Structural Engineer specializing in marine projects, focusing on design and delivery of bulk materials handling infrastructure. This hybrid role calls for seasoned engineers aiming to make a difference.
In this role with AECOM Western Canada, you will tackle exciting projects in the Ports & Marine sector. As a Senior Engineer, you will independently manage design tasks and mentor junior staff. Collaborate with various disciplines and ensure compliance with Canadian standards while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check civil and structural design documentation for projects
• Review and develop structural models with advanced software
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design integration
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff
• Support construction activities and site investigations
Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• At least 6 years of relevant engineering experience
• PEng designation in Canada or eligibility to obtain
• Expertise in marine infrastructure and related projects
• Familiarity with Revit and Navisworks software
Help AECOM build resilient marine terminals and bulk handling systems.
