We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer with specialized SAGD expertise to promote process technologies and support the expansion of our market services

Position Summary

In accordance with job responsibilities and work authority, is responsible for providing professional technical advisory services and solutions to clients, helping them optimize business processes and maximize the effectiveness of technology implementation. The role ensures successful deployment of company products and solutions at client sites while providing expert guidance and market‑informed feedback to support company growth.

The Cementing Engineer Intern supports oil and gas well construction by assisting in the design, planning, and on‑site execution of cementing jobs to ensure well integrity.

Reviewing technical data, preparing cementing proposal and job reports, implementing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and gaining hands‑on experience with field equipment.

Responsibility
  • Job Planning & Design:
    Assist in designing cement slurry, calculating cement volumes, and planning pumping operations for zonal isolation.
  • Field Operations Support:
    Observe or assist with on‑site cementing operations, including equipment preparation and pressure testing.
  • Technical Reporting:
    Study and interpret cementing data, assist in preparing, and finalize job reports.
  • HSE Compliance:
    Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Data Analysis:
    Work with engineers to analyze data and optimize cementing performance.
Experience & Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • High motivation for field‑based, hands‑on learning.
  • Proficiency in software tools for reporting and data analysis.
  • Learning about cementing technology, equipment, and troubleshooting.
  • Working with experienced engineers and field crews.
