Position: Metallurgist Process Engineer Role
Drive innovation in mining and metallurgy as a Metallurgist Process Engineer based in Calgary, Canada. This full-time role is essential for ensuring project technical and economic viability.
As a Metallurgist / Process Engineer, you will provide vital technical governance across multiple projects while performing due diligence evaluations, operational assessments, and technical support. Your expertise will support both internal operations and the trading arm of the company, ensuring alignment with environmental and safety standards. Additionally, you will participate in industry technical committees, influencing practices and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive technical due diligence on mining projects

• Conduct operational audits and identify improvements

• Provide metallurgical insights for contractual negotiations

• Support company operations with engineering guidance

• Review technical reports and design criteria
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering

• Over 10 years in minerals processing experience

• Expertise in feasibility and technical assessment

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
