Principal Engineer in Mixed-Signal Design and Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish Mixed-Signal IP requirements in collaboration

• Manage vendor relationships and IP customization

• Direct pre-licensing and quality assurance activities

• Participate in lab testing and IP debug

• Assume responsibility for circuit specifications
Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in mixed-signal design

• Strong background in high-speed SERDES and PLLs

• Familiar with circuit simulators and device physics

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Innovative mindset with rapid project adaptation
