Calgary- Forensic Engineering

Position: Calgary-Based Forensic Engineering Role
Pario Engineering is looking for a Structural Forensic Engineer in Calgary to drive innovative solutions and support rigorous investigations. In this full-time position, you'll impact building projects and enhance compliance with core codes.
In this role, you'll perform forensic investigations into structural integrity issues, taking the lead on complex projects within residential and commercial sectors across Calgary. Your ability to communicate effectively will be vital as you work with clients and stakeholders to produce necessary designs and reports. Candidates should be self-motivated and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and report structural failure causes

• Engage with service personnel and local officials

• Design for restoration and renovations

• Generate comprehensive working drawings for approval

• Manage projects from initiation to closure
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

• Professional Engineer license required for Alberta

• 4-5 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with Regional Building Code

• Customer-facing experience essential
