CIMA+ is looking for an experienced Highway Lead to oversee complex transportation projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (TEC). You will manage project life cycles, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. This role also involves extensive collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and key clients throughout Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management for major highway projects

• Develop Project Execution Plans and risk registers

• Review technical deliverables for compliance with standards

• Act as primary client contact and build relationships

• Support proposals and capture planning initiatives
Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree from APEGA institution

• Minimum 15 years highway engineering experience

• Proven expertise with Alberta transportation projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• PMP designation is a plus
