In this position, you will provide vital support to the sales team while offering technical insights in electrical, electronics, and instrumentation. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and managing their orders through Dynamics 365 are at the core of this role as you keep up with technology trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Specialist and Sales teams with Rockwell products
• Offer technical expertise on customer projects
• Build and nurture essential customer relationships
• Process orders and manage quotations efficiently
• Follow up on orders to improve conversion rates
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Experience in industrial automation and control systems valued
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to travel as necessary
