Position: Junior Project Engineer Energy Sector
Join a dynamic multi-disciplinary engineering team as a Junior Project Engineer in Calgary, Alberta. Bring your 2 years of EPCM experience to design and execute vital energy and petrochemical projects.
As a Junior Project Engineer, you will support project engineers in design and execution across mechanical, civil, and process disciplines. Key skills include familiarity with regulatory processes and proficiency in design calculations like hydraulic sizing and mechanical stress.

Your role ensures the quality and safety of engineering outputs and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hydraulic line and mechanical piping stress calculations

• Develop engineering designs, reports, and construction documents

• Check and create P&IDs, Plot Plans, and isometric drawings

• Oversee equipment technical bid submissions

• Provide updates for cost and schedule reports
Requirements:

• Eligible for American PE or Canadian P.Eng.

• Bachelor’s in engineering from an accredited institution

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong knowledge of engineering deliverables in energy sector

• Experience with Instrumentation & Controls considered an asset
