This role requires proficiency in construction practices and cost estimation methods, managing over 10 projects  will prepare budgets, scopes of work, and collaborate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure accurate reporting and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cost analysis for building appraisals

• Prepare reserve budgets and cost audits as required

• Develop detailed scopes of work for repairs and restorations

• Collaborate with clients and contractors on project specifications

• Deliver high-quality, tailored reports to clients in a timely manner
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Expertise in cost estimation methods and construction practices

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Excellent reporting and coordination abilities
