At our Calgary office, you will play a crucial role in supporting municipal civil projects that ensure the efficient use of water resources. As an entry-level engineer, you will perform engineering evaluations, assist in detailed design tasks, and coordinate project documentation while learning from experienced professionals. Building strong client relationships will also be key to your development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support design and implementation of water infrastructure projects
• Complete reports and design briefs relevant to projects
• Uphold quality standards for technical and graphic outputs
• Participate in internal and client meetings, documenting outcomes
• Assist with contract administration for construction initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Registration as an EIT with APEGA is compulsory
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering preferred
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of municipal infrastructure design advantageous
