As the Instrumentation Lead, you will guide the team through installation, testing, and calibration processes, emphasizing safety and compliance. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high production performance and aligning with project goals, while mentoring staff to enhance their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the installation, calibration, and tubing fabrication processes
• Ensure all work meets stringent engineering standards
• Plan and schedule instrumentation tasks for project efficiency
• Conduct safety walks and risk assessments regularly
• Mentor instrumentation technicians through hands-on training
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Certification in Instrumentation or related field
• 8+ years experience in instrumentation fabrication environments
• Expertise in P&IDs, tubing installation, and calibration
• Strong leadership with effective communication skills
• Knowledge of OHS regulations and safety practices
