- Review and check civil engineering plans for compliance
- Assess traffic control plans and approval conditions
- Coordinate with contractors and municipal departments
- Support construction management and address field issues
- Prepare technical documents and project reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferred 5 years of skilled experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Familiar with CEQA and local regulations
- Solid organizational and communication skills
