As a full-time Performance Engineer (internally Engineer III), you will be pivotal in enhancing asset performance through analysis and reporting. This role requires strong skills in data science, problem-solving, and programming. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency of wind and solar facilities across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead asset performance analytics and reporting initiatives
• Investigate performance gaps in wind and solar operations
• Enhance data platforms for accurate performance insights
• Collaborate with teams to boost asset performance
• Standardize and automate analytics processes for efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; M.Sc. preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in renewables
• Registered APEGA member as P. Eng. in Alberta
• Strong math and data science foundation
• Proficient in Python and MATLAB programming
