Dronecare GmbH is a Berlin-based company specializing in external and internal inspections of wind turbine blades, developing innovative drone technologies for the renewable energy sector.

We are currently looking for experienced Drone Operators with a background in wind turbine blade inspections to join our growing international team.

• Perform damage inspections on the external surfaces of wind turbine blades
• Plan, execute, and report drone flights safely and efficiently
• Support classification of visual data and contribute to technical reporting
• Collaborate with international project teams on‑site

• Valid GWO certification
• Experience in drone operations (manual or autonomous systems)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to work in field conditions
• Valid Medical Checek certification
• Nordex NC2 (Preferred)
