Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of detailed cost estimates for projects

• Validate estimates through thorough quantity take-offs

• Assist in planning cost models and risk assessments

• Guide junior estimators in best practices and compliance

• Maintain and enhance PTAG’s cost database

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of estimating experience in relevant fields

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or management

• Expertise in tools like Cleopatra or Eco Sys

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Background in project management integration
