Position: Estimator Needed for Hatch
Hatch seeks a skilled Estimator in Calgary to develop detailed cost estimates, contributing to innovative projects. Leverage your estimating expertise in a dynamic environment.

Join our Project Controls Division, where you will bring 5 to 15 years of experience in first principle estimating within an EPCM context. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with estimation standards and developing accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with a team that's committed to delivering excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the scope and deliverables of estimation tasks

• Deliver comprehensive estimates in adherence to guidelines

• Calculate costs based on established first principles

• Maintain and upgrade the estimating database regularly

• Familiarize yourself with the estimate plan and requirements

Requirements:

• 5-15 years in a first principle estimating role

• Strong skills in MS Office and estimating processes

• On-site experience with D.F.L and production rates

• Knowledge of cross-border estimating methodologies

• Commercial and contractual insights are an advantage
