In this full-time position covering Calgary, Regina, and Winnipeg, you will be responsible for utilizing your agricultural science background to support and guide customers. This role emphasizes effective communication, technical training, and proactive management of product demonstrations. Collaborate closely with product development to align testing programs with market demands and foster long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and share technical knowledge of FMC products
• Build networking relationships with key agronomists
• Supervise technical training and marketing initiatives
• Manage budgets for technical expenses and demos
• Create sales tools and product validation documents
Requirements:
• BS in Agricultural Science with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Certification as Crop Advisor or plan to obtain it
• 5-10 years' experience in the agronomy sector
• Strong writing and technical communication skills
• Experience in project management and negotiation
