As part of the Project Delivery Group at Hatch, we are looking for a Senior Civil Designer to enhance project outcomes. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing civil design efforts, ensuring the application of best practices in 3D modeling and drafting. This role encompasses diverse projects while fostering a team-oriented approach to achieve high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lead Civil Engineer to meet project goals

• Create man-hour budgets for design tasks

• Oversee the preparation of civil design models and drawings

• Provide technical training and support to team members

• Engage in formal engineering review processes
Requirements:

• Accredited diploma in civil engineering

• Minimum of 12 years experience in civil design processes

• Strong knowledge of CAD software in creating engineering drawings

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
