Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Manage daily and major shutdown maintenance activities

• Identify critical spare parts to optimize stock levels

• Schedule corrective actions for automation equipment

• Support maintenance budget management with the Maintenance Manager
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certified Tradesman with Blue Seal

• 3-5 years maintenance experience in heavy industry

• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD

• Understanding of industrial safety practices

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
