Operational Analyst in Engineering at CPKC

Drive engineering efficiency as an Operational Analyst age vital engineering data and enhance reporting systems to support railway infrastructure operations.
This role focuses on supporting the VP of Engineering with optimizing data analytics and reporting initiatives. You will work directly with engineering leadership to track and coordinate operational priorities. Your contributions will play a crucial role in improving decision-making processes and operational efficiency across the railway network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track engineering initiatives and operational performance

• Assist in data entry and maintenance of engineering systems

• Develop and enhance automated reports and dashboards

• Perform analytics and reporting using SAP and other tools

• Collaborate with teams for project resolutions and performance support
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in railway field preferred

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
