In this role, you will serve as a project-focused land expert, engaging with landowners and managing acquisitions for pipeline integrity and maintenance. Your leadership will be essential in aligning land activities with company regulations and stakeholder requirements, ensuring every project meets its objectives while mitigating risks along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute landowner engagement activities
• Identify land requirements and mitigate associated risks
• Serve as the main land expert within project teams
• Manage land cost estimates and oversight for external consultants
• Lead resolution of complex land issues with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of land experience in energy sector
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian land practices
• Strong customer service and project management abilities
• University degree in a relevant discipline
