Design Draftsperson

Position: Full-Time Design Draftsperson
Moss Fabrication is hiring a full-time in-office Design Draftsperson in Calgary, AB. If you excel in drafting and collaborative work, we want to speak with you!

In this full-time role, you will create and revise detailed drawings, layouts, and design packages, particularly for vessels and piping. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Additionally, you'll support refining drafting processes and document control systems for enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise drawings and design packages as required

• Collaborate with teams to ensure drawing accuracy

• Maintain organized drawing records and revisions

• Align designs with project specifications and timelines

• Support improvements in drafting processes and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in drafting or similar technical roles

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling

• Strong attention to detail with revision management

• Fabrication shop experience required

• Familiarity with ASME Codes
