Position: CDU/Electrical Test Technician Role
CoolIT Systems in Calgary seeks a Test Technician with expertise in Cooling Distribution Units for evening shifts. This role requires executing test strategies and collaborating with engineers to ensure product quality.

As a Test Technician, you will support the qualification of Liquid Cooling systems, conducting rigorous testing and analysis. Your hands-on experience will be essential for verifying the performance of critical components, from pumps to electrical elements. This position emphasizes teamwork and technical communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test plans for CDU systems and components

• Lead root cause investigations on product failures

• Perform stress tests based on field-use conditions

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams closely

• Prepare technical reports to showcase results

Requirements:

• BSc. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Familiarity with data analysis and testing protocols

• Proven experience with instrumentation and sensors

• Programming skills in Python or C/C++

• Experience with Solid Works or similar design tools
