This role supports the Maintenance department through meticulous organization and management of technical publications. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you'll collaborate with Engineering and Safety teams to confirm the currency and accuracy of documentation, reinforcing safety and operational integrity. Your on-site presence will enhance team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage documentation library ensuring compliance standards
• Ensure timely updates of technical publications
• Conduct regular reviews of controlled documents
• Liaise with vendors for the latest technology updates
• Provide training on document access and management
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in technical services
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document management
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory standards
• Proficient in using document management systems
• Required eligibility to work in Canada
Contribute significantly to aviation safety by managing essential documentation and supporting maintenance operations effectively.
