As a part of AECOM’s growing Mining Team, the Senior Project Manager will oversee various infrastructure projects within the Canadian mining sector. Your expertise in project delivery, client engagement, and problem-solving will be crucial to succeed in this role filled with challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-disciplined engineering teams
• Develop project plans and budgets
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Supervise project reporting and control functions
• Identify opportunities and mentor high potential staff
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
• Proven track record in Canadian mining market
• 20+ years in mining preferred
• Experience with both open pit and underground projects
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
