Develop and foster strong, positive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Commercial Development, Customers, Engineering contractors, etc.). Provide training, guidance, and mentorship in the development of the capacity and capability of in‑house engineers, including junior facility, operations, and development engineers.
