Join Enbridge as a Senior Oversight Electrical Engineer for impactful renewable energy projects. This hybrid position combines technical leadership with a focus on high-voltage systems and solar/wind integration.
As part of a strategic partnership with Raise, Enbridge is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead engineering oversight on utility-scale projects across North America.
Your role will encompass reviewing compliance for EPC contractor deliverables and ensuring adherence to industry standards. If you possess in-depth knowledge of renewable systems and grid interconnection, this is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reviews of EPC contractor engineering packages
• Coordinate design improvements with project stakeholders
• Evaluate high-voltage electrical designs for renewables
• Ensure project compliance with various standards
• Collaborate on detailed documentation for regulators
Requirements:
• 10–15 years in electrical engineering, including renewables
• 5 years of oil & gas experience required
• Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Valid P.Eng. designation or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
