As a key member of our Geospatial Discipline at Stantec, you will apply your GIS expertise to tackle water-related challenges. You'll work collaboratively with project teams to implement cutting-edge geospatial technologies while focusing on efficiency and creative data management. This role emphasizes producing clear cartographic outputs and dynamic web GIS applications while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine optimal geospatial solutions with project teams
• Create compelling cartographic outputs for diverse projects
• Develop and manage effective web GIS applications
• Engage with the GIS community to stay current
• Adapt to project changes and maintain safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Geography, GIS, or related field
• Five years of relevant GIS experience
• Knowledge of Python, Arcade, and ArcGIS tools
• Familiarity with Esri’s ArcGIS Utility Network preferred
• GISP certification is an asset
