Clark Builders is seeking a dedicated Virtual Design & Construction Specialist to enhance project execution and deliver innovative solutions in construction. Focus on collaboration and advanced VDC tools.
This position, requiring a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in VDC or similar roles, emphasizes the importance of teamwork and effective communication in delivering successful construction projects. You will lead BIM model reviews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and document control
• Assess VDC workflows and assist with quality control
• Collaborate to develop solutions for construction issues
• Execute BIM coordination schedules effectively
• Support use of innovative VDC technologies on-site
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in VDC, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD
• Basic coding skills in Dynamo or Python preferred
