This position is part of Tidewater's strategy to enhance its energy infrastructure portfolio. The consultant will oversee contract updates, manage mineral files, and support acquisition and development projects. With over 10 years of related experience required, candidates will also engage in drafting agreements and performing due diligence responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input and update contracts and mineral well files
• Support A&D projects with due diligence activities
• Review operations notices and lease transfers
• Manage monthly mineral rental and obligation reviews
• Collaborate with accounting to verify interests
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in Mineral Land and Contracts
• Knowledge of Alberta and BC tenure regulations
• Proficient in CS Explorer and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Energy Link and Accumap
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
