You will be responsible for leading the cost and schedule control processes, driving compliance, and providing proactive recommendations to project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and sustain project cost and schedule control systems

• Facilitate the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

• Analyze contractor-submitted data for performance assessment

• Manage schedule development and establishment of baselines

• Deliver project performance reports to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance

• Minimum 8 years in project controls for large projects

• Proficient with industry-standard project management tools

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Experience with EPC contracting models
