You'll participate in operational studies, provide support during system events, and develop power system models. Key Responsibilities:
• Create operational plans for AESO System Controllers
• Perform operational studies for unplanned system events
• Offer after-hours engineering support as necessary
• Conduct system studies for transmission development
• Develop operational reports for internal and external agencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum two years of system analysis experience
• Experience with power flow studies and tools
• Eligible for APEGA registration as a Professional Engineer
• Familiarity with Python and power system analysis
