As a Junior Building Engineer, you will oversee water treatment systems and assist with HVAC troubleshooting. The position offers opportunity for job shadowing and cross-training across various building systems to grow your skillset in a supportive environment. You'll document activities and system performance using MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain building's water treatment systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Support HVAC service calls and climate control needs
• Shadow seasoned operators for real-world learning
• Document maintenance logs and daily reports in MS Office
Requirements:
• Must have a valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate/Ticket
• Open to recent graduates ready to gain experience
• Proficiency with MS Office is required
• Strong communication skills for team cooperation
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt
