Position: Exploitation Engineer for TAQA North
Join TAQA North as an Exploitation Engineer in Calgary, where you’ll focus on maximizing asset value through strategic development. Collaborate with diverse teams to drive production and optimize performance every day.

As a key member of the Central Asset team, you will report to the Asset Manager and play a vital role in ensuring successful execution of development opportunities. With 8 to 15 years of Oil & Gas experience, you will manage projects, forecast production volumes, and work on depletion strategies. Prepare capital budgets and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage exploitation projects effectively

• Interface regularly with asset and functional teams

• Conduct economic evaluations for projects and acquisitions

• Develop depletion strategies for your assigned assets

• Forecast production and prepare capital budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 8 to 15 years in Oil & Gas

• Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng.)

• Experience with Val Nav, Power

BI, Well View, and Excel

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
