Global Engineering Manager at Gowan

Lead global manufacturing initiatives as the Global Engineering Manager at Gowan in Overland Park, KS. Oversee engineering governance and project execution across all manufacturing sites.

In this full-time role, you will manage a team of technical experts and enforce engineering standards across Gowan’s global operations. Your responsibilities include defining governance models, executing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll be the authority on engineering practices and continuously drive improvements in asset reliability and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain engineering governance models globally

• Oversee CAPEX delivery on time and safely

• Implement global reliability and lifecycle standards

• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering best practices

• Lead automation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 15+ years in regulated manufacturing environments

• Multi-region experience preferred

• Strong background in automation & process safety

• Willingness to travel globally across manufacturing sites
