Position: Civil Designer with Engineering Excellence
Drive impactful civil design projects at Hatch as a Principal Civil Designer. This position emphasizes collaboration and innovative engineering practices across diverse projects.

In this role, you will be part of Hatch's Project Delivery Group, focusing on producing detailed civil 3D models and drawings. Your responsibilities include working closely with the Lead Civil Engineer to deliver project requirements while overseeing a skilled team of designers and contributing your insights to enhance design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project scope, costs, and planning

• Coordinate civil design activities and team tasks

• Create and manage technical drawings and models

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training among resources

• Verify designs and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in civil engineering from an accredited institution

• At least 12 years of civil design experience

• Expertise in 2D and 3D design software

• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities

• Thorough understanding of industry regulations
