HDR is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building electrical systems. You will coordinate design development and project documentation while establishing client relationships. This role involves managing workloads, overseeing financial aspects, and conducting QA/QC processes to maintain project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead electrical engineering efforts on diverse projects
• Establish client relations and attend design and marketing meetings
• Review and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
• Produce electrical specifications and select appropriate systems
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects concurrently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of electrical design experience
• Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng)
• Extensive knowledge of power and lighting design
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and electrical design software
