As a Technical Specialist, you’ll manage customer support, ensure accurate quotations, and collaborate with channel partners to deliver optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive technical support for electrical products
• Develop and manage quotations for customer projects
• Assist team members in tracking orders and shipments
• Collaborate with internal personnel on solutions and pricing
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related qualification
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Preferred: P. Eng. or CET designation
• Minimum 3 years in technical electrical roles
• Effective communication and customer relationship skills
