Position: Aerospace Industrialization Director Needed
Drive the future of aerospace manufacturing as the Director of Industrialization with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. Lead facility design and project management for optimal production efficiency.

This pivotal role encompasses overseeing the design and construction of manufacturing facilities while aligning them with production requirements. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring all aerospace standards and safety compliance are upheld in the operational handover process. Your leadership will shape a world-class manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design and construction of De Havilland facilities

• Define manufacturing system layouts for efficiency

• Oversee coordination of facility mechanical and electrical systems

• Lead commissioning of aerospace production areas

• Specify tooling systems to improve operational throughput

Requirements:

• 15+ years in aerospace manufacturing and project management

• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial projects

• Expertise in aerostructure fabrication and assembly

• Excellent leadership and cross-functional project skills

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
