Warehouse Industrial Engineer

Position: Warehouse Industrial Engineer Needed
Optimize warehouse functions as an Industrial Engineer with the Reyes Family of Businesses. This role focuses on implementing efficient work standards through statistical analyses and engineering practices.

In this position, you'll lead critical projects aimed at improving distribution center performance and layout across Canada. Responsibilities include defining work metrics, analyzing operational data, and refining standard procedures. You'll collaborate closely with warehousing teams and management while utilizing change management skills to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead time and motion studies for operational efficiency

• Implement engineered standards in distribution centers

• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Manage layout optimizations and system configurations

• Provide training on engineered labor standards to staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in industrial engineering with 2+ years experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel;
AutoCAD knowledge

• Familiar with labor reporting and statistical analysis

• Excellent communication abilities

• Up to 90% travel may be necessary
