As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee complex substation projects, guiding your team to ensure technical excellence. You'll work closely with Project Managers, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, and schedules while providing technical oversight and training to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project execution plans and assign tasks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Assess and mitigate project risks proactively
• Coordinate quality checks across project deliverables
• Participate in technical seminars and project reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• At least 8 years of experience in high voltage projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
