As a Technical Support Intern, you will collaborate with the Technical Services team to ensure client satisfaction through thorough technical analysis and field support. This internship provides an excellent prospect to learn about well failure mitigation strategies while assisting with data entry, lab tests, and the preparation of technical reports. Your close work with Technical Representatives will be instrumental in offering solutions to production challenges.
Responsibilities- Support technical representatives in customer solutions
- Assist in reviewing field data and preparing recommendations
- Participate in field sample collection and documentation
- Contribute to laboratory testing and analysis of results
- Help create customer meeting presentation materials
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
