Join ERM's Calgary team as a Lead Hydrogeologist, where your strategic insights will influence major water management projects across Canada. Drive impactful environmental assessments and guide a growing technical team.
In the role of Principal Technical Consultant, Senior Hydrogeologist, you will leverage your expertise in groundwater resource management and environmental engineering to oversee critical assessments and permitting processes for capital projects. As a trusted advisor, you will enhance client relationships while mentoring a team of hydrogeology professionals. Your extensive experience will help advance ERM’s national hydrogeology practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead environmental assessments and permitting for major projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality of deliverables
• Mentor and develop hydrogeology team capabilities
• Cultivate strong client partnerships to expand ERM’s presence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
• Minimum 6 years of consulting experience in hydrogeology
• Eligible as a professional in Alberta and BC
• Expertise in complex hydrogeological data interpretation
• Proven ability to write detailed technical documents
