Job DescriptionWe are looking for New Grad Chemical EIT’s to join our Process Engineering team!
Process EIT Responsibilities- Prepare heat and material balances
- Prepare utility balances
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams
- Prepare equipment data sheets
- Hydraulic calculations
- Develop Piping and Instrument Diagrams
- Specify instrumentation process data
- Establish relief systems
- Participate in safety reviews such as HAZOP’s (hazard and operability studies).
- Assist with equipment cost estimates
- Develop general technical and procedural skills to become a Lead Process Engineer
- Develop technical skills for a specific subject and become a Subject Matter Expert
- Branch into Engineering Management or Project Management
Job Requirements
- Graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2025/2026.
- Familiarity with computer applications such as process simulation programs, spreadsheets, and word processing would be considered an asset.
Fluor's projects are organized into task forces that operate as a team. Successful candidates will be working closely with other employees and efficient written and oral communication skills are essential to the job.
