This role involves analyzing financial data to ensure positive cash flow and providing technical engineering support to ensure compliance with standards. You will assist in interpreting plans, evaluate potential field problems, and oversee document control processes in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial data for project cash flow
• Provide engineering information to employees and subcontractors
• Assist in interpreting design drawings for construction
• Evaluate field problems, notifying the Project Manager
• Manage document control functions and RFIs tracking
Requirements:
• Construction degree or diploma with 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge of scheduling and project management software
• Ability to support teams in time-sensitive situations
• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects
• CISD Clearance is a strong asset
