Senior Mechanical Estimator

As a key member of our team, you will tackle estimating for renovations, retrofits, and new constructions.
Your role involves reviewing detailed prints and specifications, understanding mechanical designs, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates to guide our projects effectively. Additionally, you will interact with subcontractors and perform site visits for enhanced precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review technical specifications and project prints
• Execute detailed cost estimates from design documents
• Gather materials and costs for accurate budgeting
• Prepare and process change orders as required
• Manage multiple tenders concurrently for efficiency
Requirements:
• Licensed tradesperson or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years in estimating roles
• Excellent negotiation and organization skills
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of plumbing and boiler regulations
