Our client's Project Team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to support various projects in Alberta and British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, with a focus on delivering robust schedules that reflect assessed risks. You will manage activities during all project phases, driving accountability and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions for project teams
• Assess impacts of changes on targets and milestones
• Generate accurate monthly schedule reports for management
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to quality KPIs
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years' industry experience in planning roles
• Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) software
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Engineering degree or certification in Project Planning
• Proven leadership experience in project environments
